Bantrys two festivals
The West Cork Chamber music festival kicks off in Bantry on Sat. June 27th – Sunday July 5th with the opening concert at 8pm at the wonderful Bantry House with th Callino Quartet you have Haydn, Mendelssohn Marc Coppey cello and Finghin Collins piano. Admission €40.00 . You will also have a selection of lunchtime concerts with e.g Lenneke Ruiten soprano and Finghin collins piano at 12.00 on Sunday and many many more. On Sunday 5th – 11th July the West Cork Literary Festival will begin with wonderful writers, workshops etc… e.g Jennnifer Johnston and extremely popular writer and Irish at the Maritime Hotel at 8.30 tickets €15.00 and much much more on offer.
